      Pros

      The equipment there was non better and they had all the toys that a field person would need. Engineering was the best, we needed a system for a V - bottom Boiler no questions ask we got what we needed.

      Cons

      My problem was bad management, at the time we had work with a national contractor with over 50 maintenance sites around the country. Layher management said no, client walked out .
