Challenging but rewarding, manage and develop your own territory, feels like you are running your own business under the umbrella of a larger company, always meeting and interacting with different people, work closely with businesses in different, but relatable, industries (architects, contractors, glaziers, interior designers, etc.)
Cons
longer sales cycle, traveling can be burdensome depending on the territory you are operating in, communication is sometimes tough when working remotely
