Pay and benefits are at or above industry standards. There are some very good people doing the best they can at the individual office level

Le'Chris being for-profit means they depend on billing Medicaid. Company actively discourages any non-billable support to clients, including responding to emergencies after billable max reached. (Policy is call responders, then hand off to EMTs; do not follow to ED, do not wait around.) Company also pushes billing personnel to stretch Medicaid definitions of billable services. Not to commit fraud, but to bill in gray areas where every other agency I've worked for chose not to bill. Billable numbers each week, not overall performance, determines treatment from management.
