Cons
Horrific communication. Automatic enrollment in a 401K that was NEVER discussed. It’s just a bunch of nerdy guys who made a company and have had success but they have no chance of improvement with little value for their employees. They raise prices for their packages to clients but never give raises to employees. Long shifts (8-14 hours) and never told whether there’s going to be food provided. Several events where I arrived HOURS in advance with nothing to do but wait. They’ll leave you doing a job of two people still charging for two people but you’ll be left with the same pay doing twice the work. Their discord channel is just a gossip ring.. nothing professional there. Expect rants about men leaving literal excrement in the toilet and not knowing how to flush. This job requires atleast 3 apps and their communication still is below subpar… get it together.
