      Pros

      - fantastic team, never worked anywhere with the same culture and atmosphere - hands-on management team, always available when needed and happy to help - there is a constant loop of feedback going on to ensure we’re all improving

      Cons

      - the only disadvantage is that the office is not close to me for that comeradery feeling, but of course not a d fundamental concern

      Pros

      It's really great to be working on the world's leading buyer intent data platform, Lead Onion. This is a fast moving and highly innovative space. Team spirit is high amongst the sales, marketing and customer service depts. Learning potential is extensive within a highly experienced marketing team led by a CIM director. The location is really unique. We work on the sea front in the north coast of Ireland. The view is truly inspiring. Pool Table and staff break out facilities for staff to take a break and get ot know each other.

      Cons

      The parking is a bit tricky as the office is on a seaside tourist resort.
