Pros

- flexible hours - subscriptions provided - friendly co-workers (except the management) - n/a - n/a

Cons

- Always late with sending pay - Rude employers - Toxic work loads (always excepts you to overwork) - What they show on social media isn't true - No empathy for the employees - No trainings to growth and development - No bonuses and incentives - No benefits - Doesn't consider the holidays of the country they outsourced from - HR will terminate you without prior notice. You will just receive an email one morning and cannot open your accounts anymore. No explanations

Pros

Strong culture of trust and independence. Lots of autonomy. No micromanaging (which is huge for me). Leadership is supportive and respectful. No "office politics". Smart, capable team. Performance-focused environment overall.

Cons

Workload can get busy at times due to multiple clients, so strong time management is important. But if you’re organized, it’s very manageable. Not for entry-level.

Pros

I have been officially with LeadOrigin since March 2021, but my history with the founders, Zo and Bil, goes all the way back to 2017. That alone speaks volumes about the company. It is rare in the agency world to find leaders who value long-term relationships and consistent talent as much as they do. As a Senior Graphic Designer here, I feel my voice is heard. There is a high level of professional trust, and the environment is perfect for anyone who wants to take ownership of their creative work. The projects are diverse, the pace is energetic, and the leadership genuinely cares about the growth of the team.

Cons

Because we are a high-growth agency, the pace can be very fast. It requires someone who is organized and can manage their time well. If you prefer a slow, repetitive "9-to-5" where you don't have to think outside the box, this might not be the right fit.
