Pros
LeadQual is a good place to work. They have a open-minded friendly environment in the call center. The job is very easy, all you do is make outbound calls through an auto-mated dialer, of course there is quota's and quality assurance guidelines to be met. The biggest plus is the break room which is stocked weekly with different snacks and fruits!
Cons
After all the good here is the bad. For all the hours you would put in for this company, they are not flexible with scheduling ( as far as offering part-time shifts), and they offered no benefits at the time of employment nor 6 months after. Now we all know we need benefits!
