      Sweet words and fake promises

      Dealing with employees as salves , they transafer them between departments as a toy and you cant even ask why after all of that they fire you before the end of the propation period by few days that happned with most of the employees NO MANAGEMENT

      Pros

      Stability, large project, salary paid on time If you are not ambitious and want only to live go for it

      Cons

      Management, no policy, no vision, if the manager like you and you were not a threaten you are save and will stay if he feel you are good and you can take his place he will kick you out even if you are super Managers does no recognize the rule of what is good for the company will be applied, they only apply what is suits them better
