Pros

Every day walking through the doors at Leadnomics there was something new, exciting, and innovative brewing. With free food, drinks, and beer I couldn't have picked a better place to work. I was able to share my careers goals at Leadnomics with my manager, allowing us both to achieve them. As a dev I got the chance to see my ideas play into action and have time work on my own ideas that I thought would be beneficial to help the business grow. Very people centric, customer and employee first type management and leadership. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great career path.

Cons

Come prepared with loaded nerf gun.

Pros

I was paid while working mostly from home, so this was something notably positive from my experience. Would recommend to a friend due to this! From my perspective, and those I worked closely with, the work culture requires a high degree of adaptability and emotional resilience to navigate effectively. I was not capable of meeting the expectations of Leadnomics leadership, so I made the decision to depart due to the feedback I received regarding my own inadequacies. I learned a lot from this experience!

Cons

It’s worth noting that I signed a non-disparagement agreement upon joining this company, which limits my ability to share specific feedback. Prospective employees should carefully assess whether the company’s culture and leadership style align with their own working preferences. I took some time to reflect before writing this review, as the leadership style left a strong impression and required careful thought to evaluate my experience. The company does not have a dedicated HR department, which can make navigating workplace concerns or policies more challenging. Employees seeking formalized support structures might find this environment less accommodating, but since it is a startup, this is not out of the ordinary.
