      Family owned business, with ego problems. worst work culture. helpless HR They want a lot of useless work to be done by working 12 hours a day but don't want to pay accordingly. You will get all other kind of work apart from the work you are hired for. They even don't know when, whom and why to hire for any specific position.

      Pros

      Good Manual Testing Exposer. Any one joining for Developer / Infra role will get a good knowledge Good domain knowledge in various fintech and health care. Internal Switch to any preferred designation. Ontime Salary without fail.

      Cons

      Difficult to switch to Automation at later stage as your job will be manual and client support. 6 Days working 10-7 job
