      Pros

      The company overall is the highest paying gutter company. Can't think of many pro's whatsoever. The entire company is a joke

      Cons

      The corporate side of the company is so mismanaged. Very high turnover in leadership. Very gossipy and a hush hush racist culture. The top exec's partake in the toxic behavior of the company. Absolutely no work life balance.
