      Remote work environment and flexibility

      Constantly revenue chasing, setting impossible goals so commissions don't get paid out. no culture. questionable management (company hasn't seen any improvement in years under current leadership which is telling).

      Pros

      Some of the best people I've ever worked with. It feels like working with your friends. Work is also very engaging with some interesting problems to solve within the cannabis space.

      Cons

      We have had layoffs. The cannabis industry as a whole is being weighed down by federal cannabis policies; until that changes, it's basically operating with a 1-ton of ball and chain.
