Lack of documentation and processes Inability to deploy and scale efficiently They have no idea what their employees are responsible for. Lay employees off all the time without any proper or formal PIP. Agrees to customize everything for clients and then is upset when delivery sucks or is delayed

Pros

League is filled with world-class talent at every level. The performance coaching program alone is worth more than any benefit or perk I’ve ever received in my career — it’s that transformative. Senior leaders are phenomenal: humble, smart, and genuinely listen. The culture is phenomenal too — fast-paced and high-pressure at times (like any tech/healthcare environment), but rooted in teamwork, transparency, and a fail-fast, learn-fast mindset. There’s strong representation of women in executive leadership — including a female Chief Product Officer — and you truly feel surrounded by people who find purpose in making healthcare better. 👉 If you want to do meaningful work in healthcare, surrounded by brilliant and kind people, this is the place.

Cons

High volume and fast-moving priorities — but that’s expected in a company leading change in healthcare. League offsets this with a genuine focus on work–life harmony: from the top down, senior leaders actively encourage healthy time off and put family and life before work.
