Pros
- Incredible technology with great potential - the individual contributors in sales, marketing, product are amazing people - PTO policy is flexible - Part of Workday Ventures (maybe we can get bought out)
Cons
- Executive Leadership has not exemplified empathy or concern about our workforce (watched a couple great people depart by choice and being outed) it will be a costly choice once they realize when it's too late. - The product/development team are struggling to scale up the technology to where it needed to be for us to be competitive outside in our market. We should remain as a strong differentiator - Value prop is continuously changing - Watched sales leadership try to redefine how to even run a sales cycle and redefine it in more of a confusing way - CEO who is generally liked is more hands off and trusting which means he isn't really aware of what's going on. - favoritism is quite prominent - promises without execution is being noticed by teams across the org - slow growth, our headcount is barely changing - internal bullying by leadership to PUMP UP GLASSDOOR REVIEWS so we attract top talent.
