Could use better management in the content side of the business. Much of the content is very technical and not user-friendly for every day audiences. Don't take it seriously when you are told "please tell us if there is anything we can improve on with our approaches" because they don't actually mean it. Just do as you're told even if it doesn't make sense from a content standpoint. Seems like many of the content managers/writers were ex-aetna employees, which kind of gives a bit of favoritism on how others on that team are treated.
