As for your comments regarding salary, League currently pays at the least in the 62nd percentile across our pay bands, higher in most, and routinely conducts compensation reviews that include making sure our pay bands are competitive within market as well as equitable internally.       Lack of documentation and processes Inability to deploy and scale efficiently They have no idea what their employees are responsible for. Lay employees off all the time without any proper or formal PIP. Agrees to customize everything for clients and then is upset when delivery sucks or is delayed
