Pros

You get to talk about sports and you’ll meet kind hearted genuine people

Cons

- Super culty - Leaders are subtly racist. They laid off a dude in sales cuz he spoke too black? - Pay was beyond laughable - They’ll talk you into moving to New York City, then they’ll fire you within 6 months with no severance - Software itself is trash tier, like just a few steps above managing your league with spreadsheets if you still want to work here after reading all the bad reviews, slap yourself.

Pros

Strong company culture and mission – Many employees say the culture is positive, collaborative, and mission-driven, with coworkers who genuinely care about the product and youth sports. Great people and team environment – Several reviews highlight supportive teammates and leadership who care about employees. Flexible PTO and work life balance (for many roles) – Unlimited or generous PTO and good work-life balance is mentioned positively in many Glassdoor reviews. Meaningful mission with impact – Employees appreciate being part of a company focused on helping youth and local sports leaders. Opportunity to make an impact – Being a smaller, growing company gives you the chance to contribute meaningfully across projects.

Cons

Limited upward mobility in some teams – Some reviews mention that career growth opportunities can be limited. Work can be stressful or require long hours – A few employees describe long hours, especially around product launches or peak periods. Compensation and benefits perceptions mixed – While benefits are generally rated okay for a startup, some employees feel pay could be higher compared with larger tech companies. Culture might feel niche if you’re not into sports – Some mention the culture can feel one-dimensional if you’re not passionate about the sports space.
