Thanks for the feedback. We at Lean Apps focus on outcomes and not on the number of hours spent in the office. It takes some time to adapt to this way of working. People plan their work independently and deliver it based on the milestones aligned with the customer. There is no pressure as such to deliver on shorter timelines. While working remotely, it is important to respect each other's time and calendar management becomes important here.
