Pros
They'll let you be the worst staffer ever and still will want to keep you. There isn't real supervision or QA on their side. Your performance is never evaluated unless you have a command roll, and therefore you can get a raise just by threatening to leave to TP. The customer word is not even heard if they don't explicitly want to kick you out.
Cons
LSG leave their supervisors / leads alone with the bad elements on their team. The only thing LSG care about is keeping their staff like milky caws getting them dollars. It could be helpful to know this from the training, but instead LSG put disciplinary actions on the supervisors / leads for bringing absenteeism or low performance reports to their attention. Their QA department is a joke, they know nothing about the operation, don't use SOPs for audits, just their mediocre judgment to decide what's true or false, what's right or wrong.
