2. No company centric policy. Nepal has its own policy and if you join in India they have their own policy. (regarding reviews, hr portal, bonus.
In India you will not get any bonus and Nepal employees will get twice in a year.)
3. No clarity about the project duration from the client.
4. For some people its complete WFH, and for some its not(and it does not depends on project).
5. In India there are only around 15-17 people.
