-Good place to start if you are a fresh grad with little to no experience -Fast-paced environment -Diversity, hired employees from all backgrounds.
Cons
-Weird working hours, starts at 9:12 to 18:45 -"Competitive" salary that is just enough for bills and too much workload for the meagre salary -Caught my manager sleeping during work everyday -Micromanaging environment that have to report goals every working day and EOD -High turnover rate for employees -Family business so don't expect to have any career progression -In the gaming industry but feel like working for a funeral company -Traditional company that abhor remote work/wfh arrangements even in pandemic times -Traditional mindset of overtime = good employees -Never walk the talks but expect employees to do so -Delaying official contract right after probation, could be few months if never remind them. -Overpromise and hardly fulfill it -Berate you if you take 14 days of MC even though it is your entitlement by MOM -Expect you to work even when you MC -No work-life balance or work-life harmony -Too many WhatsApp groups - Leave and other employment benefits are too stingy -So much more cons waiting for you to find out if you join the company. Anyway, it's a SME so please adjust your expectation when joining them.
