A general con would be around the company benefits, there aren't many to list. For a company that takes pride in having a performance environment, some efforts at encouraging health (fitness) and personal development (courses, books) would be aligned.
The biggest area for improvement would be surrounding overall company goals/objectives. It's been a changing market, but for a company that is now into it's 10th year, I would expect a bit more clarity on the ambition of where Leapwork expects to be in the coming years.
