Pros
- fantastic company culture - while skills are of course important when they are looking to hire, they also hire based on potential (which was my case! I was hired as a CS Executive without any CS experience) and provide ample opportunities for you to progress (I was promoted twice in 3 years!) - £1000 personal learning budget that you can spend on the platform, this amount is so generous and is plenty to invest in a coach, plus courses and books. This budget supercharges your career progression in the company. - flexible work/life balance - they truly care about their employees on a personal level. They provide Oliva so that employees can take care of their mental health and on top of regular holiday allocation, they provide time off on your birthday, time off for life events (eg. wedding, or moving flats), and duvet days (for when your battery is low and you know you won't be able to work at full capacity)
Cons
Can't think of anything, working here has been one of the best experiences that I've ever had with an employer.
