      The benefits are good. The PTO and the personal. You get paid for all major holidays.

      Childcare itself it’s stressful but with the right attitude, mindset and mentors you can succeed and make the job fun.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, helpful, friendly, funny. Loved the work I did and if you decide to pursue higher education in early childhood education they’ll help you with scholarships that completely pays for it.

      Cons

      Felt the classrooms were too small, especially for a full class of 18 I believe. Building and playground needed renovations just for a more enriching environment.
