On-time salary, friendly colleagues, nice office.

Not many perks, poor management.

Healthy relationship amongst colleagues but not the boss.

The boss prefers to micromanage every single task. He does not trust the employees and prefers to squeeze them dry and even then, he is not satisfied. Even when the workload becomes unbearable, the boss will add more work declaring employees should not have time to socialise. He prides himself in being a problem-solver but most of his decisions/suggestions have caused the company to lose more money. Do not expect good pay. The boss will add to the workload but will never pay. Other employees who have been with the company said, you can expect very little raise in 6 years time. The company has experienced bankruptcy and the boss refuses to learn from his past mistakes and chooses to repeat them. The worst possible thing the boss has done to us is refuse to let us Work From Home, despite having discovered many reported cases in the building. He selfishly stays home but urges ALL of his employees to be present at the office - with the threat of cutting our salary by 20% (and mind you, we don’t earn a lot to begin with). He would rather is be dead than cost him money by working from home. Please do not support this company.
