      None—- over worked they give you a small book then pile on you big time no time to leave your chair.

      Cons

      Lots—— pay way way below Average not even close they promise the moon don’t deliver anything. Assistant leaving just after I started was a big sign... your expected to handle with no help.

      Pros

      Local ownership split with corporate ownership helps make it feels more of personal touch. Local owners really care. But that could depends on your agency. Great group of colleagues.

      Cons

      Potentially slower growth for remote worker. Base pay may be on the lower of the range if you’re remote comparing to your location market.
