Administrators are respectful and helpful. Friendly, family like culture. Everyone works well together and you get great support from fellow staff members. There is respect for everyone from custodians to the building pricipal. The schools are well staffed and you generally can get the supplies and materials you need for your classroom.

Average pay, long hours. Like all teachers you will use a lot of your own time to get work done.
