      At least location was in a nice area

      Cons

      1. Raise 60 million plus and sold it for 18 million at huge loss to investors. 2. Employees left with absolutely nothing. Where as executive mgmt made the most. 3. 240 + 250 + 750 4. Fail and still make your cut.
