Pros
I like them because they pay a good wage and offer a full benefit package. They also respect their employees and are a fair employer. They also bus you out to the project site so that saves on my car gas and wear and tear.
Cons
I got hired on late in this project and so I will be one of the first to be laid off. But that is only fair. I hope when you need employees again you'll take me back on.
