      lack of proper leadership Company stuck in the past (minds, approach to run business, technologies, you name it) Owner is a narcissist Salary is way lower compared to average market

      Pros

      I have never worked for a company that puts so much effort to include their managers in their decisions. Owner and CEO meet with retail level managers once a month. Pension, benifits and profit share

      Cons

      Open on Sundays. Not much to say negative.
