Pros

I enjoy working here as they're flexible and willing to compromise. They try to be understanding and helpful in any way they can. Everyone in the company does the best they can to do a quality job from what I can tell, and will support and motivate you through mistakes and failures. If you like a challenge and a fun atmosphere, this is a great place to work. The CEO, Ed, will always do his best to make sure you feel heard and understood. He seems to take great pride in being respectful and compassionate and I appreciate that.

Cons

It does get chaotic being a startup. Duties, processes, systems, and environment change frequently, being able to adjust quickly and maintain focus is a must.

Pros

Leed Seed, LLC completely caught me off guard. When I was brought on, I thought this was going to be just another job. I was quickly shown otherwise. This isn't a huge corporate company where I was just a number, the owner genuinely cares about his employees future and has invested invaluable amounts of time into all of us. Knowing that my ideas and opinion not only matter but is taken into account when improving the way things work, just blows my mind! Working for a place that cares more about making ethically sound decisions vs what's going to make the most revenue, is what will keep me here in the years ahead. The best career decision I've ever made was applying to work here. I hope you do too!

Pros

The people, culture, product, and company as a whole are on point. Ed, the owner, is great to work with. I love the start-up atmosphere and the opportunity to shape the company. Your opinions are heard here as opposed to other places where they are stifled. Free drinks and snacks are a huge perk.

Cons

Though being a start up is a positive, it is also a negative. There are some systems that need improvement, however that is where the innovation comes in. You have an opportunity to help revise and improve.
