The team is seemingly expected to suck up to the management team in order to be well-liked, which seems to be an important factor to survive in this company. Employees can get scolded allegedly just because the higher-ups are in a bad mood. Oftentimes, it feels like they outright find reasons to criticise the team's work before anything else. The management team feels mostly cynical towards employees and do not/are not able to provide guidance for individuals looking to learn and grow in this industry. From my experience, the team is expected to frequently work late into the night and over the weekends due to what seem like a lack of manpower.
