-poor management, lack of proper management skills. -very unorganized.. the most unorganized dealership I have ever worked in -some staff are very unprofessional -they allow older staff to bully the new staff until they quit -they do not train their employees properly -it's every person for themselves. Cut-throat. -there is no work/home life balance. -the service staff are extremely unknowledgable and talk down to customers. -They tell you you're going to make all this money but you don't and a few people have had to get part time jobs to make enough to pay their bills -they force you to use your personal phones for work -they expect you to be perfect at your job instantly without proper training. -when I was there I saw so many staff come and go. -the staff turn around is higher than anywhere I've ever worked. -the good ones never stay long they get sick of it real quickly. -the unprofessionalism from that dealership is extreme. -if you don't keep track of your work orders they get stolen from you. - I could go on, but I won't if you want to feel like you're in high-school again then get a job here. If you want to excell in your career, run as far away from this place as you can.
