Great Learning Experience - Project Designer Legacy DCS Employee Review

Very cool company culture and a great coworking atmosphere

Overextend their employees, and ask for too much without proper training or resources.

Some of the employees there are nice enough

They have no clue what they are doing here, or how to run a business. Constantly changing directions and priorities so that nothing gets done. They can't keep their Architects, Engineers, contractors, etc paid, so it's a weekly event that work stops completely because they are behind again. The CEO regularly loses his temper and runs around yelling or making absurd comments about how nobody knows what they are doing and won't get their job done. They move money around from one account to another in order to make things appear better than it really is, and would at least once a month not know how they were going to pay their own employees.
