Pros
Great group of co-workers with a lot of young professionals. The company is moving forward in improving technology and going green. Amazing health benefits package and paid time off benefits from the start. Also get the ability to work flex scheduling as you are promoted.
Cons
There is a large gap between much of the working staff's age group and the upper management which causes a bit of disparity in what new professionals are looking for in a workplace. Over time they improved this mentality to conform with younger employee wants & needs. Would have liked to see more feeling of trust in the younger individual's ideas about technology and efficiency.
