Pros
Great benefits, great corporate culture and values if that's your thing. Compensation is adequate, but it's difficult for a top producer to separate from the rest of the team.
Cons
No Room to advance, too may chiefs and too few Indians. Management is only focused on the bottom line. It's difficult to get things accomplished with every department having a hand on everything.
