      Pros

      No real pros to working here, except the food.

      Cons

      LegalZoom management are not transparent with their employees. Pay is low which you cannot live on. The big bosses on top are keeping all the money for themselves. If you are thinking about working there BEWARE! No one there likes their job either.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Allows remote for the time being

      Cons

      AI everywhere. It seems like a return to office mandate is right around the corner (no longer allowing new remote employees). Code quality doesn't seem important anymore, only how much you can get done with AI.
