      Very poor IT management. No adherence to standard IT practices. Reliance on software that is old and outdated. Not enough IT staff. Managers adept at making excuses and evading issues rather than solving problems. No performance reviews.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Allows remote for the time being

      AI everywhere. It seems like a return to office mandate is right around the corner (no longer allowing new remote employees). Code quality doesn't seem important anymore, only how much you can get done with AI.
