Pros
Tiffs Treats and bagels every once and awhile were nice. The Xmas party is cool. Coworkers were generally fun people.
Cons
Despite what management says, very little of the company's strategy and organization are based on legitimate metrics or planned by experience professionals. Egos trump logic consistently so there is red tape everywhere. As a result, most everything from seat positions to job requirements to pay structure is in constant chaos. Honestly, though, I could deal with that. What I couldn't deal with was the gross condescention, passive aggression, and ineptness oozing from management. They have built a culture that revolves around the daily dollar, not long-term success. That means an off week might just get you berated, and it means you had better be shoving the most expensive deal down every customer's gullet. Also, great idea bringing people in through a temp agency and cutting most of them riiiiight around the time they are supposed to get converted for real benefits. True loyalty right there.
