Pros
Strong leadership: new C-suite and VPs are building a culture rooted in transparency, employee happiness, and customer-centricity. This is a total 180 from the previous leadership. Modern: focused on creating design- and customer-centric product experiences; considering modern workplace needs such as work-from-home hybrid models Healthy: the business itself is doing very well; it feels good to be part of a thriving company
Cons
Aside from the lack of diversity in leadership (which I know is being prioritized), I don't have much bad to say about working at LegalZoom. Our new leadership might not be perfect, but they have a growth mindset and are committed to better. That's all we can ask for.
