      Kitchen on every floor at lomdon site

      Cons

      Worst place I have ever worked! Bullying culture from senior management to lower ranking staff! At one point a partner in the business actually made ‘innapropriate/suggestive’ remarks to me and I was mortified! Especially for a law firm! Avoid at all costs especially if you are female!!!

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Allows remote for the time being

      Cons

      AI everywhere. It seems like a return to office mandate is right around the corner (no longer allowing new remote employees). Code quality doesn't seem important anymore, only how much you can get done with AI.
