if you like being lied to, having your commissions cut, and watching underqualifed people promoted over you, then this is the place for you!
Cons
you will be taken advantage of - prepare to hear "do this to get promoted". last month 6 of top 10 reps were black, but only 1 of 10 leads are black. i find that strange... managers have leads run endless reports, so that they can go play basketball and flirt with hr and the training classes, which then leaves no time to focus on employee growth
