Pros
Love the people I work with. Loved the headphones they gave us for xmas. The xmas bonus is nice to cover holiday groceries. Won a prize at one of the holiday parties. Bagel friday! Birthday cake once a month for everyone. Company provides milk for use at work. There is a nice cafe with healthy snacks and drink. They offer self improvement classes during work to learn programs or yoga. The gym is really nice. The employees chosen are usually like minded which is I like so we all get along in this environment. The company is always coming up with new ideas and always trying to move forward. Its nice to see that improvement on products, processes and employees is a priority. Employee of the month (usually comes with some money). Lots of drinkers so there are always happy hours. Casual clothes allowed (sneakers, tshirts, hats, jeans).
Cons
Tiffs treats is gone. Mandatory overtime. The company hired people in India. If you dont work in Sales, you feel left out and not cared for by the owners. We work just as hard and yet we dont get tvs or paid outings by the company. No more opportunities to move up because the growth already happened.
