Don’t work here in creative or marketing! Leadership and Management is very poor and misuse employee time. Poor work-life balance. Management is more focused on micromanaging employees versus focusing on strategic decisions. Not mine, but some Directors and Group Managers required you to notify them whenever you went to the restroom, even if for 5 minutes.
