      Team effort, everyone is pretty close.

      Cons

      Everything else. The manager is an a-hole; pay is so bad, benefits suck, and the company is just overall unstable.

      It's great to hear the camaraderie you felt on the BDR team! Our sales team has always been tight-knit, and I would say a lot of that is driven by our leadership team, so I'd be interested to understand what experiences prompted the description of your manager! I'm sorry to read about the Cons of working at Legalfit - We conduct periodic reviews of team member compensation to ensure alignment with market benchmarking, and in 2025 our team members saw a 0% increase in their benefits premium share!
