Pros
Helped me to get an internship elsewhere because I had previous "internship" experience.
This job lowers your standards so any subsequent job will be exciting in comparison.
Cons
Dreaded coming into work everyday. The pay is not good and the work you do is so insignificant. Even though your title is technically "intern" you would probably learn more about a business working in the fast food industry.
The practices here are so outdated and unnecessary. Women can't wear pants, you're required to dress professionally on days clients come in, employees rely on voicemail instead of email. Employees must keep track of every task they do all day (even bathroom breaks) which must be reported daily to the President. Overall, a horribly dysfunctional work environment which starts at the top. I'm convinced the positive reviews are left by imposter accounts trying to save face.
