Pros

None besides you will only learn how to be manipulative and work in a toxic culture.

Cons

I served many years and trust me Working at this company was an extremely negative experience, they can literally betray you at any moment . The leadership operates under a toxic ( beside one or 2 leaders including CSO who has been supportive) , dictatorial style, where employees are expected to obey without question and are constantly subjected to harassment and intimidation. Payments are frequently delayed or withheld without valid reason, everytime you will ask for incentives they will give lame answers like they are in loss , they didn't receive money etc, and there are clear signs of fraudulent practices both internally and externally. They have not paid sales incentives stating company is in loss ( CEO sent an email to all employees in March 2025 to withold all variables including last year because company is not in profit) and to our surprise they are again hiring in market and besides that all CXO’s are being hired on heafty packages. CRO is running his own cafe built with his heavy package from Lemma ( he was never there for any of sales person for support, only came to revenue calls when CEO was present, he never even came to office), other CXO’s also doing their own side businesses feeding like a termite on Lemma salaries. It is only Sales who has been always under pressure to perform and get numbers without any leadership support and alignment. Even their market reputation and alignment is so bad no one wants to work with them. The work environment is one of fear and manipulation, not collaboration or growth. Genuine concerns raised by employees are ignored, and those who speak up face retaliation. There is absolutely no vision, transparency, or ethical leadership here — only exploitation and dishonesty. I strongly advise anyone considering working here to think twice. Protect your career, your peace of mind, and your integrity by staying far away from this company. They can even accuse you of filling false leads despite you have shown growth and results. CEO is delusional and thinks his company and product is better than google

Pros

Nothing, Literally Nothing If someone is offering 10L and Lemma is offering 100L then also never join Lemma. I repeat NEVER. You will survive only if you are from NMU and Jalgaon,MH.

Cons

Place where you will learn. 1. Politics - Pro level politics Architect is having zero software architecture knowledge and political is far far better than Mr. BJP. 2. Micro Management In breaks In login time Lunch time Your laptop facing camera 3. Work under 0 technical knowledge of product management team. 0 vision of what lemma is trying to build. 4. No software industry standard is followed here. People( architect) prefers monolith over microservices architecture. Some politician developer thinks if they share access like GitHub, server, db then they will be replaced. Architect uses his full political power to protect his friend, to what extent do you think? Let me explain.. instead to cherry picking their junior code architect friend is use to copy the code and merge it in main to that commit will be shown in his name.. And later on they fire junior developer by showing that junior developer is productive. Despite his friend is having 14+ years of experience. He doesn't having basic knowledge of SDK. If you have some discussion over some design/coding related things and you are not from their his family then you will be FIRED.
