It is the place for you if a toxic work culture, late nights calls and staying in office till 1am, being forced into dancing on item songs on every occasion, changing HR policies because it is more of a household than a company, doing the job of 10 people and not being paid well enough for even one, and losing out to poor performers because they can flatter management better, is your thing. Here at LenDenClub, bullying is your every Saturday, forced to play football and get injuries every Thursday and of course toxic bosses who cannot stand up to the useless HR for your basic rights like a comp off after even putting in 12-16 hour shifts is every other day. You do get growth here, growth in understanding how toxic an environment can be. There is just Den here no Len, literally.
