Cons
Senior leadership needs to learn to be leaders, to inspire, and to understand that its their people that will carry the company forward. Leads have been consistently leaving which has led to a vacuum for knowledge transfers. Pay is low and inconsistent with the hours and workload expected by everyone. Micromanagement is a problem. People have to sign in and out via chat and made to feel that they must be available around the clock despite the remote work status for most. Having to account for every minute of your day that you are "working" for salary employees is outdated given that if you can do a great job in less time, that doesn't mean you can overload a high performer. Signs of burnout is rampant.
