Lovely people to work with. Democratic working environment. Great office with nice walks near by. Free lunches and drinks. Work socials to build friendships and good working relationships. Able to work from home for 2 days a week after probation. Easy parking and good access off the motorway.

Would be nicer to work at home for 3 days a week.

Lovely place to work, Supportive of personal and career development. Hybrid & Flexible working arrangements.

No cons so far although the office can be difficult to get to if you're using public transport.
